Three beaches are within 5 minutes walk and foot ferries to Place (in season), Falmouth and Truro leave from the waterfront 100 yards away.
Steps from the road lead to the front door and into the hall. Stairs lead to the second floor where the apartment is situated. The apartment has one double en suite bedroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin, and views out to sea, one twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with over bath shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The fully equipped open plan lounge/diner/kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, double oven, TV and DVD. This apartment has great sea views from the Percuil River through the harbour and out to the Lizard Peninsula.
Oil fired central heating means that this property is ideally suited as a year round holiday destination.

The flat was fantastic! Could not fault it. The views of the estuary from the flat we're stunning and the location of the flat could not be better. It was a 30 second walk to the main road in Saint Mawes. The flat itself had everything you could possibly need. We cannot think of anything negative to say. We would definitely stay again!
