Portscatho Holidays are a long established, family run business specialising in letting and managing holiday homes on the Roseland peninsula. We are able to offer property owners a tailored service to include both letting and management. Our management services are kept "in house" and we do not entrust this service to any outside body, thus giving owners and customers a single point of contact.


PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

In your absence we will assume complete responsibility for your property.

If required we will act as "clerk of works" for you, engaging local tradesmen to carry out repairs, alterations or general upkeep.

We will carry out weekly inspections when your property is unoccupied, thus satisfying any insurance requirements and giving you peace of mind.

We have close contact with various local service providers including Estate Agents, Solicitors, Removers, Cleaners, Gardeners and Builders.

Management charges depend upon the size of the property and the service levels required. Packages can be tailored to suit your own requirements.

Our staff all live locally and know the area intimately. Their advice is free, without obligation and readily given.

Our "on the spot" office in St Mawes gives local presense and easy access for owners and customers.

Portscatho Holidays have been letting holiday properties for over 40 years and therefore have detailed knowledge of the market As a result we have established relationships with a large number of satisfied customers who book with us year after year.

Customers receive periodic e-newsletters informing them of local events, activities and special offers.

Due to the large increase in self catering properties it is harder for the individual to compete, so it makes sense to use the expertise that we have gained over many years.

To market your holiday cottage we will evaluate what your property offers, recommend any changes or improvements required to meet the needs of todays market, and supply you with an estimate of potential income. We will always recommend and project realistic figures, and belive in giving you an honest appraisal.

Internet presence via our proven and busy website allows customers to check property details and availability online with ease and confidence.

Our much admired, high quality, full colour brochure is well recieved by both old and new customers, and is sent out using our extensive mailing list.
