We strongly advise that you take out Travel Insurance to protect yourself in the event that you have to cancel your holiday.
Once we have issued you with a confirmation of the reservation you become liable for any remaining amount of rent. In the event of cancellation refunds will not be given. We will make every endeavour to re-let the property, but in the event that the property is not re-let for the full amount detailed on the booking confirmation you will be held liable for any outstanding amount due. In any event a £35 administration fee will apply plus any incurred expenses. An insurance proposal form will be forwarded to you with the confirmation of booking, please send your completed proposal and premium cheque to Rothwell and Towler or contact your insurance broker.
