Property DescriptionCentrally situated in the village of St Mawes, Buckingham Cottage offers tastefully presented holiday accommodation for up to six persons.
The front door gives access to the spacious opening plan living accommodation that occupies the whole of the ground floor of the property. At the front of the room is the kitchen area where the equipment includes, fidge, dishwasher, washing machine,with the sink facing the large window . To the side of the room is the dining area accessed from this area is the adjoining pantry with a small freezer and microwave and from the middle to the rear of the room is the lounge area with TV, DVD player, and the wood burning stove. French doors lead out to the back of the property where their is a small terrace with views of the harbour.
Stairs opposite the front door lead up to the first floor and the well appointed family bathroom with over bath shower and WC, the main bedroom is at the back of the property with double bed and sea views , and a twin bedded room is found at the front of the property.
A second flight of stairs leads to a further twin bedded room with excellent sea views.
Heating is by night storage units and panel heaters and the wood burning stove in the lounge.
Parking is available in the main village car park approximately three minutes walk away.
A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

All the village facilities are very close by, including beaches, butcher, baker, chemist, Co-op store, post office, banks, pub and restaurants. Foot ferries to Falmouth, Truro and Place run from the village quay 50 metres away from the property.
