Property DescriptionCairn Ryan is a spacious detached property with off road parking that is situated in a quiet residential area, with the centre of St Mawes being only a few minutes' walk away, with its good range of shops and foot ferries to Place and Falmouth.
Entering the property through the front door takes you into the good sized hall with stairs to the first floor and access to the rooms on the ground floor.
The sizeable kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Double doors from the kitchen give access to the dining room and then into the large lounge which can be separated if required by sliding doors. Double patio doors from both the dining room and a single door from the lounge gives access to the large south facing terrace with glazed balustrade, and the garden.
The lounge has a comfortable range of sofas and easy chairs and is equipped with smart TV, video and DVD. Wi-Fi is available.
Two double bedrooms lead off the hall, both with twin beds and nice garden views. One has an en-suite shower and WC. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom which has a shower-bath, wash hand basin, and WC.
A feature oak stairway leads to the first floor giving access to the first floor bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with king sized bed and sea views from the window and the master bedroom with king sized bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite shower and WC. Large Velux windows and a dormer window open up lovely water views from Place to the Lizard Peninsula.
Heating is by night storage heaters and electric fires.
The mature gardens are terraced (with children, please bear the terracing in mind), include a pond with a child proof surface, and are well stocked with mature shrubs. There are lawns and a decked area with a BBQ, as well as a large raised terrace for outside eating.
There is off road parking for two cars on the drive and parking for an additional car on the road in front of the drive.

Absolutely lovely property with stunning views from both the rooms, garden and master bedroom. A light airy property with huge amount of space to move around. Well decorated, clean and well furnished. Gorgeous garden with a great balcony.Steep walk down to St Mawes but kept us and our two little Scotties very fit. Fell in love with St Mawes. We will return!
Beautiful property in a delightful location. Large garden with 3 bathrooms and plenty of parking space! Only 5 minute walk to the sea front with plenty to do and see in St Mawes. Overall 5 *!
