Property Description

A delightful, refurbished semi- detached Victorian villa that enjoys superb uninterrupted sea views, and is conveniently located between the harbour and the castle on the seafront close to the slipway to Tavern Beach. The extensive range of facilities in the centre of St Mawes are a five minute walk away.

This property is well designed and beautifully furnished with stone and oak floors on the ground floor, and carpeting on the upper floors. The hall (with concealed under-stairs washing machine and dryer) leads to a spacious living room with TV, DVD and telephone to receive incoming calls and a large picture window giving glorious sea views. The kitchen/diner is accessed from both the hall and the living room and is very stylish with larder cupboard, fridge with freezer compartment,electric oven and induction hob,dishwasher, microwave, table and chairs and French doors to rear garden.

On the first floor there is a family bathroom with over bath shower, WC and hand basin and a separate shower room with WC and hand basin. Bedroom 1 has a 5ft double bed and superb sea views. Bedroom 2 has a 4ft 6" double bed and garden views. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and excellent sea views.

On the second floor is the fourth bedroom, a delightful double aspect room with two single beds.

There is a lovely terraced garden to the rear of the property with a shed for use by guests and a good sized enclosed BBQ area. At the top of the garden a wooden deck has elevated water views. At the front of the property there is a suntrap terrace with bench ideal for watching passing water traffic.

The property has central heating and guests are welcome to use the open fire (fuel not provided).

The rear garden has some steep steps and terraces and guests must take care. Children require supervision. Parking nearby in winter and summer nights and for loading/unloading. Public car park (extra) at other times.
