HOLIDAY GUIDE

The Roseland Peninsula is one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall and a wonderful place to visit throughout the year with each season boasting its own delights. Visit us during Spring with camellias, magnolias, azalias and daffodils adorning glorious gardens or in high summer to enjoy the sailing and sandy beaches; visit in autumn for the colours and the quiet and in winter for the bracing coastal walks and dramatic skyline - whenever you decide to visit Cornwall there will always be something to keep the whole family entertained. A whole range of activities is available including watersports, visiting local attractions, excellent coastal walks on both the north and south coasts of Cornwall, some of the best sailing in the country, rock pooling on stunning sandy beaches... and so much more. Please ask us for a free copy of our DVD about The Roseland Peninsula.

Whether you wish to holiday in the bustling harbourside village of St Mawes, picturesque Portscatho or nestled in the heart of the Roseland, Portscatho Holidays will ensure your holiday home fits your requirements perfectly.

Many of Cornwall's historical and interesting attractions are easily reached from the Roseland, including The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan which are both within 30 minutes drive. The cathedral city of Truro is not far away, either by road or via the picturesque King Harry Ferry (voted one of the most scenic ferry crossings in the country) and Falmouth is ideal for shopping and sightseeing (accessible by the St Mawes to Falmouth ferry). Land's End is approx 40 miles away and if you fancy surfing then the popular north coast beaches of Porthtowan, Perranporth and Fistral are only a short distance from the Roseland.
