Kinpol is a traditional Cornish cottage that has been both beautifully and thoughtfully updated to provide comfortable and stylish accommodation. The owner's carefully selected choice of furniture and soft furnishings add both charm and individuality to Kinpol.
The stable door opens directly into the open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area with a wood burning stove in the hearth; furnished with a comfy sofa to snuggle up on in front of the woodburner and a dining table complete with window seat for a romantic meal prepared in the well equipped kitchen.
A wooden flight of stairs lead directly to the first floor which has been cleverly converted to provide a light and spacious bedroom and shower room.
Outside, across the pathway, there is a good sized annex that has a utility area with washing machine and freezer.
The small courtyard has a table and chairs for alfresco dining.
With Wi-Fi too Kinpol is an ideal choice for your holiday whatever time of year you choose to visit Cornwall.
Kinpol also has its own dedicated parking space.
The house could be combined with one of the owner's other properties - Penvar just across the road or Tehidy only a short walk away.

Lovely cottage, really enjoyed our July week there. Great walks, great places to eat and drink. The cottage is small but perfectly formed! Only one, tiny, fault, that the courtyard is also used for access to other cottages, so it can be a bit annoying, especially when the gate is left open if you have a dog like we did ... But it wouldn't stop me staying there again. Good value for the price.
What a perfect spot. We loved this snug clean and comfortable cottage. The bedroom was superbly comfortable and lovely view over Gerrans Church. Nice to have tea coffee milk and Cornish biscuits waiting too! Thank you. The cottage us well equipped and comfortable. We didn't find the shared access a problem at all as other guests behind high gates. Nice walk to the beach and to the pub, bus stop right outside and deliciously scented plants by the stable door meant leisurely breakfasts with scent too. We will definitely book next year.
Beautiful bijou cottage. Immaculate with every facility and great welcome pack. For us ideally situated. Perfect for a couple. We don't have a dog now but a great boon was the parking space which was more than adequate for our large car.
We are fit mid 70 s couple but for anyone not as fit and wants to access the port and bays a car is needed. Limited parking is available down at port.
We had need for urgent access to office facilities. Jane in the office at St Mawes was the epitome of helpfulness and friendliness.
Overall for the correct couple superb.
So easy to come in to & a pleasure to stay in - Thank You
