Property Description

This cosy semi-detached character cottage has super elevated sea views and is only a few minutes walk down a relatively steep path into the middle of St Mawes.

The accomodation is arranged over three floors. Access to the front door is across the sun trap patio of both properties and provides access into the middle level of the cottage and the cosy lounge with sea views, TV, DVD, music centre and four easy chairs.

At the back of the property on this level is the kitchen diner. The kitchen is well fitted with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge; the dining table seats four persons.

In the middle of this floor are the stairs (quite steep) both up to the first floor and down to the lower ground floor.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, the front bedroom is a double with lovely sea views, while the second bedroom is a twin with beds that can be joined to create a double bed. There is also a toilet on the floor..

On the lower ground floor there is a bathroom with over bath shower, wash hand basin and WC, there is also a separate shower room with wash hand basin and WC. Also located on this floor is the utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a door leading up some external steps to the parking space.

The property is heated by a combination of night storage heaters and portable electric heaters making this a comfortable and delightful cottage at any time of the year.

There is private off road parking for one car at the side of the property.

The main village facilities are all within a few minutes walk, as are foot ferries to Place and Truro (seasonal) and Falmouth.
