Certainly one of the most sought after spots in St Mawes, offering stunning views from both the delightful waterside patio, and the crows nest balcony on the second floor, and only yards away from the world renowned Hotel Tresanton.This property will appeal to discerning families looking for quality in an exclusive location. The bedrooms configuration is the main bedroom has a super king bed with lovely sea views from both windows. The second bedroom has a king size bed and built in wardrobes. With the third at the rear with a 4'6" bed, built in wardrobe.

On the second floor is a super twin bedded room (3' beds) with beams, sloping ceiling and balcony. There is a shower in this bedroom, and viewing area from which to take advantage of superlative water views.

The ground floor has zoned under floor heating whilst the first and second floors are centrally heated by an oil fired boiler.

The garden across the road is very popular with all visitors, having two levels. The top terrace has garden furniture. The lower and very secluded terrace has steps that give private access to the foreshore. Please take care to ensure that children are well supervised in this area.

Parking is available in the main car park or in the car park adjacent to the Castle which is a short walk away.

Please note that The Moorings is currently for sale and if it is not possible to arrange a viewing for the changeover day the owners may require an accompanied viewing to take place during the week.
