This charming character cottage is situated in the heart of the village of Gerrans close to the church, village green, tea rooms, and The Royal Standard Inn. The centre of Portscatho with its useful range of facilities including butchers, restaurant, art gallery, pub, store and Post Office is a five minute walk away.
The sandy and safe Porthcurnick beach is approx 15 minutes walk and Polingey Creek with its wealth of birdlife is five minutes’ walk away down the lovely Well Lane.
The entrance hall leads into the comfortable lounge with a multi fuel burner, TV/Video/DVD player, and view of the church.
The kitchen/diner leads off the lounge and is well fitted with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, micro wave, and washing machine.
A passage from the kitchen leads to the bathroom with over bath shower and WC.
The back door takes you out to the small yard with rotary drier.
Stairs lead to the first floor with bedroom one having 5ft double bed, TV, built in wardrobe and a glimpse of the sea.

A small detached garden is some 40 yards away and is ideal for a relaxing barbecue or just a quiet sit in the afternoon sun.
A footpath passes the rear of this property leading down the leafy Well Lane to Polingey Creek and on to Percuil.
