A pretty Victorian terraced cottage nestling quietly in a cosy position adjacent to the square in the fishing village of Portscatho. All the local amenities including the village store, post office, butchers and beaches are all within easy walking distance.

You enter Apsleys via a glazed porch, which leads to the lounge. There are two 2 seater settees, comfortable armchairs and occasional furnishings.

There is also a modern TV/Video and a useable open fire with full oil fired central heating.

The newly fully fitted kitchen and dining room has ample cupboards and worktops. Appliances include a dishwasher and microwave.

The spacious, light dining area has a large table and chairs with glazed doors to the patio area. The new bathroom at the rear of the house is equipped with a bath, shower, wc and vanity unit with access to the airing cupboard.

By the bathroom is a small utility area with a washing machine and fridge/freezer.

On the first floor are three bedrooms:

Bed 1 is fitted with a 5'double bed. Bed 2 has a built in 3'bed, both have large Georgian windows and glimpses of the sea. Bed 3 is fitted with 2 x 2'6" divans and overlooks the patio at the rear. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

The private pretty rear patio is equipped with furniture and a barbecue.

There is Private Parking for one car in front of the cottage.
