Carrick Lodge is a modern Scandanavian style lodge with glorious sea views, (the sunrise can be stunning) and sleeps 6 in well equipped comfortable style. Nicely situated on the Trewince Manor estate next to the old walled garden, this property is only some five minutes drive from the centre of Portscatho with its good selection of facilities including butchers, well stocked convenience store with a bakery attached, restaurant, art gallery and well known pub The Plume of Feathers. There are a number of sandy beaches in the vicinity and the South West coast path is close by for those who enjoy walking.
From the parking space for two cars steps lead to the decked area, with outside furniture, which catches the sun for most of the day and has views out to sea over Towan Beach.
Patio doors take you into the lounge/diner with kitchen at one end. This has excellent sea views and good levels of equipment including satelite 32 inch flatscreen TV, dvd, comfortable easy chairs, dining table and chairs for 6, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
A door leads to an internal hallway to:- airing cupboard containing a washer/dryer, family bathroom with over-bath shower, wc and wash hand basin, the double bedroom (4ft 6in) with en suite shower and WC and two twin bedrooms.
Bed linen is supplied, and towels may be hired if reqyuired
Carrick Lodge has full night storage heating backed up with panel heaters if required
