Farizak is a quirky and individual ground floor appartment only 30 paces from Tatums beach in the centre of Portscatho, with lovely sea views to The Nare Head, Dodman Point and Gulls Rock.
This property makes an ideal beachside holiday base being only 30 yards from the safe and sandy beach. This combined with rock pools gives the whole family something of interest.
The centre of the village is only yards away giving access to a good pub, convenience store with an inhouse bakery, butchers, restaurant, post office and picture galleries. The larger Porthcurnick beach is a 15 minute walk away and the South West Coast Path passes 20 yards away from the property.
The door to the property leads directly into the lounge/dining/kitchen area with low beams (take care!) with easy chairs, TV, DVD, dining table and chairs (bench seat along one side). The kitchen has fridge, microwave, washing machine and an electric oven with hob.
The twin bedroom leads off the lounge area.
A passageway leads through to the family bathroom, double bedroom with TV and a glimpse of the sea, a small single bedroom with a small freezer, and the separate WC.
An outside terrace with garden furniture is a real sun trap and has views of Gerrans Bay.
Farizak is heated with a mixture of nightstore and panel heaters.
There is off road garage parking for one car. This is a non-smoking property.
