Sloop is a very nicely presented first floor apartment with magnificent sea views of Gerrans Bay and Portscatho harbour, and is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the vilage.
The accommodation was completely refurbished and refurnished during the winter of 2010/2011.
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dish washer, washer/dryer, fridge and micro wave, and lovely sea views.
Lounge/diner with TV, DVD, music centre, and CD player has gorgeous sea views across Gerrans Bay to Nare Head, Dodman Point, and on a clear day Rame Head (35 miles away!).
The spacious double bedroom has views of the village.
The bunk room has a wash hand basin, and a double sofa bed that can be made up upon request.
The bathroom has an overbath shower, WC and wash hand basin.
A travel cot and chair booster are available.
There is a small courtyard with garden table and chairs that catches the afternoon sun.
WiFi is avilable upon request
Heating is by night storage heaters, and there is parking for one car, (a second parking space is sometimes available upon request). This is a non-smoking property.
