This high quality property enjoys a foreshore location in Portscatho, and is only 100yards from the village square, including good convenience store, butchers, restaurant, pub and picture gallery. The Sea House enjoys some of the best sea views in the village.

Steps from the two parking spaces lead to the side terrace and front door into the entrance hall with washing machine and space for wellies etc. A shower room with WC leads off this area.

Also on this ground floor is a further shower room with WC and bedroom with two 3ft bunks.

The upper floor is accessed up a small flight of steps to the master ensuite bedroom with 5ft double bed, bath and WC which has super views of the harbour and to Dodman Point. Bedroom three has twin 3ft beds and extensive sea views.

Down stairs from the hall leads you to the 30ft kitchen/diner and lounge with easy chairs, feature fireplace(please bring your own fuel), TV and CD/tape player. The dining area will seat up to eight persons and the kitchen is superbly fitted with quality induction hob, double electric oven, dishwasher and two fridges. A full range of kitchen units with marble worksurfaces and a polished stone flagged floor complete this lovely room.

The super sea views from this beautifully appointed property are even better when viewed from the large flagged rear terrace (access gained from the lounge via patio doors or the side terrace). The sea laps at the bottom of the sea wall on the seaward side of the terracing.

Full under floor central heating makes this a very special holiday home at any time of the year.
