< Portscatho Properties
This former coastguard cottage has glorious views over Gerrans Bay to Hare Head, Gull Rock and the village of Portscatho with its small harbour, shops, art gallery and well known pub The Plume of Feathers is some 400 yards away. The southwest coast path runs past the property and there are two sandy beaches within 10 minutes walk.

Trevellas, which has recently been renovated, is approached from its off road parking space on the landward side via a lawned garden area and steps leading down to the small back yard with an outbuilding containing a wc and the oil fired central heating boiler.

A door from the yard leads into the kitchen which is well equiped with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The open plan lounge/dining room has dining table and chairs for 6, telephone, comfortable furniture, TV,Video, dvd, music centre and great views across Gerrans Bay.

WiFi is available.

Stairs to the first floor give access to the family bathroom with overbath shower, wc and hand basin. There is a 5ft double bedroom and a single bedroom with sea views. There is also a twin room. A cot and highchair are provided and stair gates are in place.

The views from the terraced garden are wonderful and garden furniture is provided. Please take care with children and the infirm in the garden.
