Portscatho is a very friendly and sociable village and has a number of events arranged throughout the year.
The Portscatho regatta is held towards the end of August and is always a super day with family games held on Tatums beach, stalls on the Lugger, boat races off the harbour and music outside The Plume of Feathers. Percuil regatta is usually held the following day.
The Roseland Music Society holds frequent musical events throughout the year usually held in the memorial hall in Portscatho.
The Royal Standard hosts a live band most months-these events are always well supported so you need to arrive in good time.
