Property DescriptionPuffin is a super little beachside apartment situated in the middle of Portscatho with wonderful sea views that take in the harbour, Gerrans Bay, Gull Rock and as far as Rame Head.
Portscatho is a traditional Cornish fishing village that has a good range of facilities including, a post office, shop, butchers, bakery, art galleries and a very popular pub.
The small entrance hall leads to the lounge/dining room with fantastic beach and sea views with wood laminate flooring, TV, DVD, video, comfortable easy chairs, and a dining table to seat four persons. Patio doors to the balcony enable full use to be made of the lovely water views.
The kitchen leads off the dining area and has an electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
The hall also gives acces to the family shower room with WC wash hand basin and under floor heating, the main bedroom with a double bed, and the twin bedded room.
Heating is by night storage and panel heaters.
Puffin is an ideal base for a beach style holiday with Tatums beach just a few yards away and the larger Porthcurnick beach about ten minutes walk away. For those who enjoy walking the South West coast path passes about 20 yards away.
Parking is available in the village and car parks.

Puffin made a perfect spot for our summer holiday. The accommodation is good and the views are sublime! As a party of 2 it was just what we needed and enjoyed many breakfasts at Tatums!
Lovely comfortable clean apartment in a superb position!! Well equipped if you would rather self cater.The village has an excellent butcher and good general shop but also places to eat out as well. Perfect.
We had a great holiday in Portscatho.
Everything went well and the accommodation was very comfortable with the views from
the lounge window fantastic.
Lovely flat ,great view,it felt as if your in a boat when the tide is in .a bit too close to Tatums cafe,for the sake of our health,good job we only decided to have breakfast there on the last day ,otherwise we would have gone home looking like elephants .we would definately stay there again
