A most attractive character cottage built from Cornish slate and granite. It is situated in a delightful hamlet about 4 miles from Pendower Beach and a short walk from the upper reaches of the River Fal and Ruan Creek. The pretty fishing villages of Portloe, Portscatho and St Mawes are a short drive away.

There is an excellent pub within a few minutes walk and village facilities can be found in Tregony, just a short drive away.

The cottage stands at the end of a terrace of three, with a charming, well-kept, sizeable garden, which is bounded by a stream (protected by low ranch style fencing). A garden table and chairs, and 4 deck chairs are provided.

A porch, with space for boots and coats, leads into an attractively furnished sitting room with feature stone wall, beamed ceiling and wood burning stove (fuel not included). There is a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs and a selection of occasional furniture. There is a pay phone, a Freeview TV with DVD player and a portable space heater.

The Kitchen/Diner is light, bright and in keeping with the property. It is equipped with electric cooker and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. There is also a circular pine dining table and 4 chairs. Stairs ascend to:

A small landing with an airing cupboard. At one end is a double bedroom with a 5 ft. bed, a wash hand basin, dressing table and built in cupboards. At the other end, the second bedroom which is slightly smaller, has 3 ft. twin beds and is similarly furnished.

Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with a white 3-piece suite with mixer taps, an electric shower and a heated towel rail.

All the rooms have pleasing views over the garden.

Night storage heaters are provided throughout the property.

There is a garage with off road parking in front of it (beware of lip from road)

The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the garage.
