Treveasey is a beautifully presented country property in lovely peaceful countryside with extensive sea views.
With good beaches, friendly villages, great coastal walks, and well appointed accommodation Treveasey makes a a super holiday home at all times of the year.
The small village of Portloe with its harbour, pub and hotel is a short walk away. Veryan is a mile away and boasts a good pub, a convenience store and post office. The larger villages of Tregony, Portscatho, and St Mawes are all within a 20 minute drive and give a larger range of facilities including, butchers, bakers, chemist and foot ferries to Falmouth. The King Harry chain ferry allows easy access to the Lizard Peninsula and the far west.
Carne and Pendower beaches combine to give over a mile of sandy beach that is a 10 minute drive away.
Treveasey is approached by a private drive to a very peaceful location.
The entrance to the property leads through the utility room with washer and dryer and passes the sauna room to give access to stairs up to the first floor.
The whole of the first floor has oak flooring and electric under floor heating.
The spacious living area has a very well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dish washer, electric oven, ceramic hob, and microwave. The dining area will seat six persons if required. The lounge has quality leather settees, TV, DVD, and a wood burner.
The master bedroom is en suite with a shower, WC, wash hand basin, and elevated sea views. The double bedroom has good water views. The family bathroom is of a good size with shower, WC, wash hand basin and urinal.
The east facing rooms all have great sea views and those looking to the west overlook unspoilt farm land.
On the ground floor there is a conservatory that leads to the well maintained garden. Strategically placed garden furniture enables yo to take in the lovely sea views.The owners are very happy to supply fresh vegetables from the garden upon request.
Treveasey is a wonderful place just to unwind, undertake some energetic walks or quiet strolls if wanted, or to explore the whole of Cornwall. The Eden project and The Lost Gardens of Helegan are about 15 minutes drive away, and the north coast is only 30 minutes away. The city of Truro can be reached in about 20 minutes.
