3 Tregarth Cottages is one of a group of three modern cottages situated about three minutes walk down hill to the centre of St Mawes. Village facilities include butchers, bakers, chemist, post office, and "Co-op" store as well as a good selection of places to eat. Summers beach is about five minutes walk away. The propery has "reversed" accomodation to take advantage of the panoramic sea and country views from the first floor.
The ground floor consists of an ensuite master bedroom with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin, and french doors to the garden, a family bathroom with overbath shower, WC and wash hand basin, a twin bedded room with french doors to the veranda, and a study area.
Stairs lead to the first floor and the large lounge dining room with three french doors that lead to the veranda with lovely sea views as far as the Lizard peninsula. This room has digital TV and DVD player. Off the dining area is the well appointed kitchen with equipment that includes double electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. A twin bedded room leads off the lounge.
To the rear of the property is a gravelled area with a bar b que and raised flower beds, whilst to the front is the parking area and a veranda with outside furniture. Children are very welcome with a travel cot,high chair and stair gate available.
Oil fired central heating makes this a great family holiday home a all times of the year.
