This well appointed second floor apartment is well situated in the heart of the pretty fishing village of St Mawes. All the village facilities including Post Office, bakery, butchers, chemists, Spa stores, restaurants, pubs & car parks are close by.
Three beaches are within 5 minutes walk and foot ferries to Place (in season), Falmouth and Truro leave from the waterfront 100 yards away.

Steps from the road lead to the front door and into the hall. Stairsb lead to the second floor where the apartment is situated.

This apartment has great sea views from the Percuil river through the harbour and out to the Lizard peninsula.
