Cairn Ryan is a spacious bungalow situated in a quiet residential area, with the centre of St Mawes being only a few minutes' walk away, having a good range of shops and foot ferries to Place and Falmouth.
The good sized hall leads to:-
The sizeable kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave and freezer. The double doors to give access to the large lounge and dining room which can be separated if required by sliding doors. Doors from both areas give access to the large south facing terrace with glazed balustrade, garden and decked bbq feature. The lounge has a comfortable range of easy chairs, TV, video, DVD, with a telephone (restricted outgoing calls), and music centre in the dining area.
Two double bedrooms lead off the hall, one having a twin beds and the other having a king sized bed with en suite shower and WC. Both bedrooms have nice garden views.
The family bathroom has an shower-bath, wash hand basin, and WC.
A feature oak stairway leads to the first floor "lookout" with water views from Place to the Lizard Peninsula. This restful area has a day bed with large velux windows to take advantage the lovely water views.
The lookout leads to a twin bedded room with further water views.
The mature gardens are terraced (with children please bear the terracing in mind), a pond with a child proof surface, and well stocked with mature shrubs. There is a decked area with a bbq and a large raised terrace.
Heating is by night storage heaters.
Wi-Fi is available, and there is off road parking for two cars. This is a non-smoking property.
