 Chapel House East is in a superb position, just a stone’s throw from St Mawes waterfront with the most wonderful views along the coast. Situated in heart of the village but set back with no steep hills to negotiate. Very close by are the world renowned Hotel Tresanton, and a wide range of local shops and restaurants. The regular foot ferries to Falmouth and beyond are just five minutes walk from the front door. Two easily accessible, safe beaches are only a couple of minutes walk way.
Shallow steps from Marine parade lead to the front terrace with two benches- which capture the morning and early afternoon sun.
The house is designed so that guests can enjoy being inside as much the outdoors with a reverse layout giving stunning views of the river, harbour and sea. The oak front door gives access to a vestibule and large hall. The spacious main bedroom has a 6ft bed, music system, built in wardrobe and en-suite with a shower, hand basin and WC.  Up a couple of steps are the family bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin; a bedroom with twin beds and a third bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have good storage and wardrobes.  
The main stairs lead up to the modern kitchen, with plenty of space for six people to dine, which is well appointed  with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.  A door from the kitchen opens on to a private decked terrace which catches the afternoon and evening sun. A table and chairs seating six are provided for outside dinning.
The exceptionally large, bright living room has a stunning double aspect; with a feature East window giving views to the Percuil River and Summers Beach. On holiday you want to spend time together – in the stylish living room you can all eat, watch TV /DVDs, listen to music and play games or just chill as a family or with a group of friends. The living room is equipped with a digital TV, DVD player and a music centre with iPod dock. Free wireless broadband is provided and there is plenty of in-house entertainment, with a selection of CDs, DVDs, books and games. Patio doors lead to a small balcony with sweeping sea views, a lovely spot to sit on a warm summer’s evening
The house has storage heaters for cooler months making this a great holiday home at all times of the year.
A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are provided.
Free parking is available on Marine Parade November to March - there is a wide section of road, just outside the house, to pull in and unload. Parking is available in the main car park 3 minutes walk away at other times.
