Chupra is quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the centre of the popular village of St Mawes with its good range of facilities including post office, butchers, bakers, chemist, convenience store, restaurants, pubs and ferry services. The St Mawes castle is about 15 minutes walk away and there are plenty of good local walks. Summers beach is 3/4 minutes walk away.
Chupra is a family bungalow; the entrance lobby contains the washer dryer, which leads to the hall and then on to the lounge, which has patio doors to the terrace and garden with sea views to the Lizard peninsula. There is a TV, DVD and free view box and a working open fire. The family bathroom contains WC, wash hand basin and bath, and the shower room has a WC and wash hand basin.
The kitchen has good sea views with dishwasher, double oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Bedroom 1 has a 4'6 double bed with wash hand basin and patio doors leading on to the garden. Bedroom 2 has 5'double bed with wash hand basin and patio doors leading on to the garden. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and a single bed.
A cot, highchair and stair gate are provided and heating is by night storage and panel heaters.
The lawned and terraced garden, from which there are sea views, has garden furniture and a barbecue. There is off road parking for two cars available a short walk away.
