The well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a double electric oven with a ceramic hob.
The bedrooms on this floor consist of two with 5ft beds and the ensuite master with 5ft bed, sea views from two aspects, shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin. There is a family bathroom with bath, separate shower and wash hand basin and a separate WC with a wash hand basin.
Stairs lead to the lower floor with a large parquet floored bedroom with four single beds, and a door to give access to the garden. The utility room with sink, washing machine and a shower room with WC with wash hand basin are also on this floor.
Outside the garden that is steeply terraced and extends to about one acre, has a "plunge" swimming pool (available from June to September) that has a maximum depth of 4ft and about 100 steps that lead down to Lower Castle Road to lead to the renowned Hotel Tresanton and the extensive village facilities. St Mawes castle is two minutes walk away as is a lovely coastal footpath that leads to St Just in Roseland and the beautiful waterside church. The centre of St Mawes is a five minute walk.
