Lobster Pot has sea views, is nicely placed in the centre of St Mawes yet in a secluded position. All the village facilities are close at hand as are Summers beach and ferries to Place, Falmouth and Truro.

The entrance door leads into a small hall with WC leading off. The bedrooms also lead off from the hall, and consist of a double with ensuite bathroom with WC and second bedroom with two bunks with ensuite shower and WC.
Stairs from the hall lead to the lounge/dining room/kitchen with good views to Place,the Lizard peninsula and St Mawes castle. This area is comfortably furnished and has TV,and music centre. The kitchen equipment includes an electric oven,washer/dryer,fridge and microwave.
There is night storage heating throughout the property.
Outside there is a patio with garden furniture and views to St Anthonys headland.
There is parking for one car.
