The cottage has 3 Bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a 5ft. double bed, wash basin and an en suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom has two single beds and both benefit from an excellent sea view. The third bedroom has a single bed. Family bathroom and WC.

Downstairs has a spacious through room with a well furnished sitting room at the seaward end and a modern, fully fitted kitchen/dining room, at the rear of the cottage. The equipment includes built-in cooker with extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a farmhouse kitchen table with 6 chairs. The washing machine and tumble drier are situated in the original outhouse adjacent to the kitchen door where there is a small rear patio.

Comprehensive nightstore heating plus free-standing convectors are supplied.

Parking is unrestricted beside the sea wall on Marine Parade between 6pm and 10am and during the day there is the option of either the small car park on the quay 200yds away or 100yds further on in the much larger car park by the Rising Sun hotel.
