Situated in an elevated position in a quiet cul de sac this high quality property is only some 8 minutes walk from the centre of St Mawes with its good range of shops and ferry access to Falmouth and Truro.

Poldhu is a superior holiday home with extensive views to St Anthony's head and the Lizard Peninsula.

From the drive, with parking for four cars, access to the property is gained through a substantial wooden door. The internal porch is large and is where any dogs must be kept.

From the porch entry is either through the spacious hall, or the utitily room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and oil fired central heating boiler. A WC is off this room.

The kitchen has good sea views and is well fitted with electric cooker,ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge. The large dining area(seating for eight) and lounge with TV, video music centre and comfortable sofas leads out to a large decking area with garden furniture and large garden with glorious views across the village to The Carrick Roads and the Lizard Peninsula.

The hall leads to the double en suite bedroom with bath, WC,wash basin, and shower(sea views). Shower room. Second double bedroom with sea views, twin bedroom and separate WC with wash basin.

There is a freezer situated in the garage and WiFi broadband is fitted.
