All the principal rooms have superb views across the Percuil River and yacht anchorage to the wooded shore of Froe Creek. The house is surrounded by mature gardens of approx. 3/4 acre.
There is a delightful kidney shaped swimming pool in a secluded area and the gardens include lawns, sitting areas and a barbecue area by the pool.
From the lane one enters via a short drive where there is space for 2 or 3 vehicles and then down a flight of steps to the entrance porch.
Off the entrance hall is the spacious sitting room with study and libary. There is a marble fireplace, TV, Video and CD music centre. Sliding doors lead onto the patio area and garden.

A Cot and High chair are available on request and WIFI btroadbnd is provided.
HEATING FOR THE POOL is included in the rent for the months of June and July, and it will be professionally serviced between tenancies during those two months. The pool may be available for use unserviced during May and September, and it is always used entirely at your own risk.
WARNINGS. Children will need supervision with the swimming pool, and the terraced gardens. Please take care on sloping paths and steps in wet weather.
