This traditional double fronted property is nicely situated on a quiet lane in the centre of St Mawes, with lovely harbour and sea views and only a few seconds walk from the sea front.
St Mawes has an excellent range of facilities including post office, Coop store, butcher, baker, chemist, pubs and restaurants. Foot ferries run from the nearby quay to Place, Falmouth and Truro (tides permitting). Also there are lovely coastal walks nearby.
St Mawes is blessed with three beaches with canoe and fishing boat hires are available.
To the front of Polvarth Cottage is a terrace with furniture which enables you to take advantage of the sea views. This is an ideal place to relax with a glass of wine.
A small porch leads into the hall off which are:-
The twin bedded bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The family bathroom with over bath shower, WC, wash hand basin and the washer/dryer. The double bedroom has a large en-suite with over bath shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Stairs lead up:-
To the lounge, with seating and occasional tables, TV, DVD, fireplace with electric fire and super sea and harbour views.
The dining room has a small TV, Wi-Fi, telephone and further views of the harbour and boat moorings.
The kitchen is to the rear of the property and has electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
The third bedroom has twin beds and a door that leads on to steps up to an elevated terrace (please take great care with children in this outside area).
The property has the benefit of night storage heaters.
Travel cot, highchair and stair gate are available.
Parking is available in the main car park that is a couple of minutes walk away.
