Spinnakers is an immaculately presented and very well equipped prestige appartment which is quietly situated at the rear of a small courtyard just off the sea front of St Mawes near the quay and is very conveniently situated for all the local amenities, car parking and beach. The double bedroom (4'6"), of ample size lies off the far end of the lounge is also well equipped with pine furnishings of excellent quality, including wardrobe, impressive dressing chest and bedside tables. There is an en-suite shower room with basin and toilet.

As one would expect, the apartment has been tastefully finished with matching wall covering, lighting, and artexing throughout. It has ample storage heaters and wall mounted panel radiators.
