Situated 100 yards from the sea, beach, and amenities of St Mawes, this cottage offers an excellent base for both beach and touring holidays.

The living room area has a feature fire place with a wood burning stove. Comfortable furniture, colour television and an identical bay window with distant sea view.
On from the lounge you ascend 3 steps and enter bedroom 1 this triple aspect room has an open gabled ceiling so is light and spacious. Fitted with a double sofa bed and a chest of drawers and washing machine & tumble dryer in a cupboard.
Up stairs from the central hallway is the family bathroom, fitted with bath and wash basin, wc and a large airing cupboard.
Bedroom 2 is fitted with a 4ft 6in double bed with a king size duvet, free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 is identical and is fitted with 2 x 3ft single beds.
Both bedrooms also have the benefit of charming half bonnet ceilings and picture windows.
A door from the kitchen area leads to the annex comprising light & airey en suite bedroom with king sized double bed, wood burning stove, TV, DVD player and night storage heater, shower and WC. Kitchen with fridge and combination microwave comprises part of the annex.
