Tregwylan is detached, superbly situated and set well back from a private lane, in landscaped, terraced gardens. The extensive sea views are some of the best in the village.
A 12 minutes walk takes you to the centre of the village of St Mawes that with its excellent range of facilities including pubs, resteraunts, banks, post office, butchers, bakers, Spar store and chemist plus three delightful beaches, and superb sailing facilities.
During the winter of 2011/12 Tregwylan will be the subject of a substantial extension and modernisation program, and so the following details are of necessity brief and subject to possible change.
The main features will be as follows:-
The property will sleep nine persons a great comfort in four bedrooms-two double, one twin and one bedroom with bunks and a single bed. The two master bedrooms will have panoramic sea views.
There will be four new bathrooms
There will be a suround sound TV room.
WiFi will be available.
Sky multiroom with premium sports channels.
A new split level kitchen/diner/lounge will have superb sea views of Falmouth Bay across to Falmouth and the Lizard Peninsula,and will have the benefit of a conservatory.The front balcony will be accessed from the lounge via bi-fold foldaway doors.
There will be wood or stone flooring to all the main rooms.
A slate chimney with a wood burning stove will be installed.
Heating will be via solar panels, wood burning stove and an electric boiler.
The finish of the structure and fixtures and fittings will; be to a very high standard.
To the rear of Tregwylan is a large patio with summer house, garden furniture and yet more sea views.
Heating is by night storage and panel heaters and there is parking for three cars.
The magnificent, panoramic coastal views are a particular feature of this super holiday home.
