Summers View is situated in an elevated position in a quiet residential area of St Mawes and is only some ten minutes walk to the centre of the village with its extensive range of facilities.

The property provides large and spacious accommodation and all the principal reception rooms and master bedroom have wonderful sea views.

The main sitting room is very comfortably furnished with a 40" flat screen TV, DVD and for those cooler evenings the benefit of an open fire. Leading off the sitting room is the well equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double electric oven, microwave and ceramic hob; the granite topped central island is ideal for those wishing to practice their culinary skills. Also leading off from the sitting room is the good sized conservatory/dining area. The French doors from the conservatory open onto the suntrap patio providing further relaxing and entertaining space with its garden furniture. Beyond the raised patio is well stocked and mature garden with central grassed area. Wherever you decide to sit, relax or play there are wonderful sea views and plenty of space for everyone.

The bedroom and bathroom configuration also add to the versatility of Summers View. The master bedroom with 6ft bed has an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom with 5ft double bed and an ensuite shower room. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a cot and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The family bathroom has a bath, WC, wash hand basin and a separate shower. The washing machine, tumble dryer and oil fired boiler are located in the utility room which has the added benefit of an outside door.

Completing the accommodation is the large inner hallway, this multi-purpose space has a second TV and a 1/4 sized snooker table which is popular with many guests of all ages; it is also a great space for children.

Wi-Fi is available and a cot and high chair are provided with the property.

The property sits well within its mature plot and there is adequate parking for 3 cars at the front of the property.

Summers View benefits from oil fired central heating and combined with its open fire makes for a very comfortable holiday home all year round.
