Where PETS are allowed in a property this is on the strict understanding that they
are not allowed in any bedrooms or on any furniture. Pets must not be left unaccompanied in any property and must be under control at all times. At the end of the
holiday all traces of the pet must be removed from the house and
gardens. "No pets" in a property description may not guarantee that
pets have never occupied the property.
Every effort will be
made to ensure that the standard described for each property is correct
and that all items of equipment described and supplied by owners are in
good working order. However no guarantee is given or liability accepted
if any breakbown occurs. Repairs are always effected as soon as
possible although delays do sometimes occur.
All details in
the brochure and on the website are given in good faith and are
believed to be correct but their accuracy is not guaranteed.
All bookings are at the discretion of the owner and agents.
Please
be aware that some of the older cottages may show signs of salts on the
walls due to their traditional forms of construction. This is a normal
feature and should not be a cause for concern.
OTHER INFORMATION
All our properties are privately owned and are not purpose built holiday homes. The owners use them from time to time and the contents reflect the charm of the properties and the personality of the owners. We would ask our customers to respect this and treat the properties with the same care and respect they would give to their own homes.
None of our properties are specifically designed for those persons with disabilities or mobility problems although some will be more suitable than others. Do please discuss with us at the time of booking if you feel that there may be any points of issue.
Bedding is as described under the individual property descriptions but we are able to hire in linen and towels from a local source on your behalf. Please remember to bring waterproof protective covers for matresses should these be required by any member of your party.
We have a limited number of travel cots and high chair available for hire on a first come first served basis.
If the property of your choice does not have parking there are public car parks in St Mawes, Portscatho, Gerrans and St Just in Roseland. Most of our properties are within walking distance of a car park.
Local services including catering, sailing kayak and boat hire, and baby sitting are available. Please ask our office or see the links section of our website.
Foot ferries, weather and tides permitting, run from St Mawes to Falmouth, St Mawes to Place and St Mawes to Truro. The King Harry (vehicle) chain ferry runs between the Roseland Peninsula and Truro/Falmouth.
Should you have any special requirements please discuss these with us at the time of booking.
