Property DescriptionSet in a truly stunning location in St Mawes with glorious harbour and sea views to St Anthony’s lighthouse, the Lizard Peninsula and out to sea. Trevu is only a minutes’ walk from St Mawes castle and five minutes’ walk from the centre of the village with its good range of facilities including post office, bakery, chemist, butchers, restaurants’ etc. The world renowned Hotel Tresanton is only 200 yards away as is Tavern beach.
From the entrance hall, off which there is a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin, you ascend to the large landing off which are found:-
Shower room with WC and two wash hand basins
Double bedroom with Superking bed (6ft bed) with glorious sea views and balcony.
Double bedroom (6ft bed which can be split into two single 3ft beds if required) with great sea views.
Double bedroom (5ft bed) with wash hand basin, again with super sea views.
Family bathroom with over bath shower, WC and wash hand basin.
A short flight of stairs leads to two single bedrooms both of which have wash hand basins.
Stairs from the lobby lead down to the spacious hallway off which are found:-
The utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer and WC.
The kitchen with good sea and harbour views, fridge, double electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher and door out to the terrace.
The large dining room and adjoining (walk through) lounge have lovely sea views TV, video, DVD, music centre and patio doors leading off both to the terrace with the most lovely sea views. There is an open fire in the sitting room.
Trevu has the benefit of wireless broadband.
The terraced garden leads down to the foreshore, but please take care with children on the terraces and around the fish pond. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided and there is parking for up to 6 cars.
Heating is by night storage and panel heaters.

Trevu is an amazing property. It has the most magnificent views and the gardens offer the chance to sit and enjoy the views from many aspects. The property is in great condition and offers all the facilities a large family or group of friends could ever wish for. Sitting back and chilling looking at St Anthony is just bliss. We will stay there again and it's a real bonus to have parking for several cars in St. Mawes
