Portscatho is a former pilchard-fishing village about five miles from St Mawes. It has has remained relatively unchanged over the years and still retains its old traditional charm. The village has a small sandy beach and a harbour. The cove is very sheltered and is therefore ideal for safe bathing.
C- Side has recently been renovated to a high standard and offers flexible accommodation throughout. Downstairs there is a light open plan Kitchen, diner and living room leading out to a terrace with sea views at one end and onto the garden at the other. Within this room is a wood burner, TV and DVD player.
Upstairs there is a double room with Sea view and en- suite, a single/Twin room (Truckle bed) with Sea view, a bunk room and family bathroom.
The house is centrally heated and also enjoys underfloor heating in some rooms – you can enjoy this house even in the winter months.
Outside there is seating area on the front of the house and a garden at the back for alfresco dining.
