September 2018

needs a bit more updating, other wise it is a comfortable house to stay in.

"We enjoyed our stay at Lan-y-mor, & felt comfortable there. Bathroom,Ensuite,Kitchen was v.good. although the Bathroom needs re-decorating, particularly the paint work. It seems this part of the house has been updated recently, and the owner may be doing it in stages. The sea views are excellent. There was no cleaners left at all, i.e. toilet or hob cleaner. The hob was desperate for a clean. The oven was dirty where people had not wiped it out. The pictures need re-newing. It would be handy if the owner had an outside contractor to clean the oven every so often, even if the price went up to cover it."

We are really pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Lan-Y-Mor and were comfortable there. Yes the owner is in the process of updating the property and it does as with these things take a period of time to do. We are sorry that the hob and oven were not clean, we have addressed this with the housekeeper, so please accept our apologies. We hope you will return sometime to the Roseland and otherwise you had a most enjoyable stay in Portscatho.
