Penyarrow is a beautifully maintained property which has glorious sea views and spacious living accommodation for six people. It is situated in an elevated position in Portscatho, approximately a 5 minute walk from the centre of Portscatho and a 15 minute walk to the Hidden Hut café and sandy beach at Porthcurnick.
A fabulous patio and lawned garden, with comfortable garden furniture, make the most of the property’s outside space and enviable views across the village to Porthcurnick, Pendower and Carne beaches, perfect for relaxing on a sunny evening.
The property is accessed from a short path from the road, down some steps to the porch – useful for coats and shoes and buckets and spades.
From the porch, you step into the house and a large, modern, well-equipped kitchen with mezzanine dining room overlooking the living room.
A short set of steps leads down from the hallway to the living room, where you can relax and unwind on two comfortable sofas with fine views of Portscatho and beyond. There is also a wood burner to keep away the chill in the evenings. The outside patio, perfect for al fresco dining during the summer, is accessed from the living room.
Also on the lower ground floor is a double bedroom with sea views and plenty of hanging and storage space in the large fitted wardrobes. There is also a family shower room with a large double shower. The door off the living room can be shut to create a separate bedroom with ensuite shower room if preferred, ideal for grandparents, teenagers or friends.
On the first floor, upstairs, is the master bedroom with king-size bed. There is also a double bedroom with adult - sized bunk beds. Both bedrooms have glorious views across the rooftops of Portscatho, towards Porthcurnick, Pendower and Carne beaches, and large fitted wardrobes. Finally, there is a family bathroom on this level.
The house has full oil-fired central heating.
There is a further garden area just before you enter front of the property. This elevated area again has a bench and superb views to the coast.
There is an off road parking space for one car and, otherwise, further on road parking nearby.
The property has Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a Blu-ray/dvd player.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
High chair and travel cot with sheets are provided.
There is a strict limit of one small, well behaved dog, which must not be allowed upstairs or on the sofas.
