Whether walking the South West coastal path on a winters day, visiting the great range of wonderful gardens in the spring or sunbathing on the numerous beaches during a hot summer break, there is always a way to get away from it all on the Roseland peninsula and we're here to help you make the most of your time in this beautiful county.
We have personally inspected all the holiday homes on our register so we are able to match your individual requirements to the right property. Please be aware that all the properties featured in our brochure are privately owned and are not purpose built holiday homes. This means that the fixtures and fittings reflect the personality of the owners, we hope that all our customers will respect this and treat the properties with the same care they would their own home.
We welcome new and old customers alike to explore this website which should give you all the information you require to make the right choice for your well earned holiday.Short breaks are available in most of our properties during low season, please ask for details.
We update the site regularly with new holiday homes so do keep in touch. Should you own a home that you may consider letting now or in the future we will be very pleased to give a free appraisal of its letting potential. Please contact us for an appointment on 01326 270900 or email on

Meet the team

The Portscatho Holidays team profiles

Beverley Fuller

I have lived in Cornwall for over 30 years working in the travel industry and in further education. I have a passion for South Cornwall and love the outdoor life we have here.

With my colleagues we get to enjoy and appreciate both the Roseland and the wonderful properties that we feature on our website.

When not working you will find me walking the dog in the beautiful surrounding country side or working in the garden!

Emma Andrew

I have grown up on the Roseland, my family life at one time was closely linked with the St Mawes Hotel. I love it here and know St Mawes, Portscatho and The Roseland extremely well and have an in depth local knowledge.

After working in London for a while I have returned to life in St Mawes and am passionate about our community here. I am married to a local man and really love the life we have here in particular when we get out on the water on one of our boats, fishing, sailing, or just cruising!

I live here in the village  – in fact just a few minutes walk from the office!

My background is hospitality and I just love meeting new people!

When not at work I am sea swimming, playing golf and walking my dog Jazz.

Alison Mycock

I have lived in Cornwall all my life and feel very lucky to live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.  Cornwall has some stunning coastline and some of the best beaches in the world which can rival those in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. I feel that Cornwall has something for everyone.

I have worked in the travel industry since the age of 19, having worked for Going Places and Thomas Cook as a travel consultant.  I joined Portscatho Holidays in January 2018 and I now have the opportunity to book holidays for other people to experience this lovely part of the county.

In my spare time I play tennis to keep fit and I manage my own rental property in Spain which I try to visit on a regular basis.  I have the best of both worlds!

Frankie Staples

Having grown up on The Roseland Peninsula and living in Portscatho, I enjoy making the most of this unspoilt, beautiful part of Cornwall and partaking in seasonal activities such as sailing in the summer and going on shoots during the winter. I enjoy being part of the community and immersing myself in the local on goings.  Everyone is always friendly and welcoming

I have spent several years living in Bristol, achieving a degree in Geography and Tourism but now I am very happy to have returned to the Roseland and working for Portscatho Holidays, a local company that supports Cornwall’s largest economy!

Before joining the team I worked for a time at the Hidden Hut on Porthcurnick Beach, a beach cafe extremely popular with visitors and locals alike.

My role here is assisting towards the success and growth of the company through the likes of social media, networking and new ideas.
