Cycling holidays in south Cornwall

Posted 7 January 2016 by

If you are looking for a cycling weekend break why not consider South Cornwall in general and the Roseland Peninsula in particular?

On the basis that the 180 Cornish way is more than you would wish to undertake in a weekend why not do something like the Feock Loop on one day and the St Anthony headland on the second day?

The Feock Loop cycle route This is a 46 Mile 75 Kilometre moderately difficult loop starting on the south coast and going up to and along the North Coast before returning back to Feock.

The St Mawes to St Anthony Head loop which has some fantastic views out over Falmouth Bay and the Carrick Roads, see picture, is around 9 miles 15 kilometers in length but can be made longer by continuing along the coast up to Portloe.

We have a number of properties that would be suited to such a weekend such as the Old Forge or Pedlars   at Ruan Lanihorne, Tehidy and Lan Y Mor  in Portscatho and 3 Tregarth Cottages  and Charlies in St Mawes.

Alternatively why not call the office and discuss your requirements with one of the team on 01326 270900.
